EC2 IT were first approached in 2016 to assist in procurement of equipment for a move to new premises. Working alongside our global IT provider they ensured that we were supplied with our preferred hardware and assisted with installation and configuration in our new office space.
More recently they have assisted in our migration to a new e-mail system, providing support for our staff and assistance with phone and PC configuration.
They continue to provide support to us via regular office visits as well as a remote phone and e-mail support service.
We also use EC2 IT’s 24x7 emergency support service, which gives us peace of mind that we can still get IT help no matter what time of day we suffer an IT failure.
