For your reassurance we offer a risk-free guarantee on all of our IT Support, Project and Systems Management work, not just as an "introductory offer" but for the lifetime of our relationship. 

Every piece of work we carry out for you, large or small, and all of our communications are tracked and managed carefully by our systems. If you have any reason to question any piece of work we can produce the supporting records on demand for review, and if there's any reason why we have not delighted you with our service and support, without good reason as to why, then we take that piece of work off the bill and continue to work to a satisfactory resolution and we don't stop until the issue is fully remediated.

Like most professional services companies, when working on a timecard basis we bill monthly in arrears, each month providing a clear breakdown of our activities and costs. You get to review the work we have done before approval, and we don't invoice our fees unless you are 100% happy and have approved and signed off on our work. We leave you completely in control.
