A recent report carried out by Ofcom’s Connected Nations has highlighted speed and connectivity improvements in the UK – but there are still companies and houses out there that still don’t have good enough broadband speeds.

Although there is an improvement compared to last year, the report found 1.4 million residencies do not have speeds of 10Mbps or more.

The homes affected are generally in rural areas.

This report also identified 4G performance as lacking in the UK.

As a result, Ofcom has made some suggestions to help deliver a better broadband and 4G service.
